Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By creating an account, accessing, or using "Your AI Game Master" (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Service. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE The Service provides an AI-driven tabletop role-playing game experience. 2.1. Early Access. You acknowledge that the Service is in active development. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. 2.2. Data Loss. We reserve the right to update, modify, or wipe the database at any time. We are not liable for the loss of any save data, campaign history, or user settings resulting from updates or service modifications. 3. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit. Furthermore, you strictly agree to the following to protect the integrity of the Service: 3.1. No "Jailbreaking." You shall not attempt to bypass the AI's safety filters, "jailbreak" the model, or use adversarial prompts to generate prohibited content. 3.2. Advertising Integrity. You shall not engage in "invalid activity" regarding advertisements on the Site. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) clicking on ads for the purpose of generating revenue for the Site; (ii) using bots or automated tools to click ads; or (iii) encouraging others to click ads. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination. 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 4.1. Your Content. You retain ownership of the text prompts and inputs you submit to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your inputs to operate, debug, and improve the Service (including training our AI models). 4.2. AI Generations. We hereby assign to you any rights we may have in the text generated by the AI in response to your inputs. However, we make no warranty that such AI-generated content is copyrightable or unique. 5. FEES AND PAYMENTS 5.1. Free Tier. The Service offers a Free Tier with usage limitations (e.g., daily rate limits, ad-supported). We reserve the right to modify these limitations at any time. 5.2. Premium Subscriptions. We offer paid "Premium Tier" subscriptions that unlock additional features (e.g., higher rate limits, ad-free experience, exclusive content). 5.3. Billing. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor Stripe) to charge your payment method the subscription fee on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel. 5.4. Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" portal in your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the last paid billing period. 5.5. Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. 5.6. Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with notice. 6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 6.1. AI Disclaimer. The Service utilizes artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that the AI may generate incorrect, nonsensical, or offensive information ("Hallucinations"). The Service is for entertainment only and should not be relied upon for advice. 6.2. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS. 7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
